Najat Shalluf received a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Engineering from Tripoli University in Libya. She also completed a certificate in Interior Design and Pharmacy from Algonquin College.
Najat started teaching Quran and Tajweed 8 years ago at Al-Furqan School. She worked as a teacher at Al-Rahma School in the International Language program since 2003 and is currently teaching Arabic language for levels 1 to 3.
Najat’s primary reason for pursuing teaching is because she believes it’s her responsibility towards the Muslim community to teach our children the Quran as the Prophet (عليه الصلاة والسلام)’s hadith says, (خيركم من تعلم القران وعلمه). She believes teaching is where she can have the greatest impact on the community. Najat is currently teaching Quran and Arabic for level 2 at Tarbiyah Learning.
