Tarbiyah Learning Academy began in 2012 with the intention of offering an alternative to the educational choices Muslim parents had in Ottawa, Ontario. Since then, we’ve had returning graduates come back to Tarbiyah to teach. That is a huge blessing and a testament to why we started this school.

Tarbiyah Learning Academy’s mission is to offer Muslim parents tailored education of their children in classrooms with a small teacher-student ratio to motivate them to treasure learning their whole lives.

Tarbiyah Learning recognizes that each child is unique – that all children are creative and need to succeed. Thus, Tarbiyah Learning respects the individual needs of children and fosters a caring and creative environment. Tarbiyah Learning also emphasizes the Islamic, social, and intellectual development of each child.
